My son was born with one leg half the length of his other. His right leg was malformed and missing bones and ligaments. We have to travel through several states to get Florida for his many surgeries. He had a 12 hour surgery to reconstruct his leg and a leg lengthening surgery where he gained 5 inches of new leg. He still requires many more surgeries to get two feet on the ground. He is an amazing boy!
