We found out about our daughters differences at the 18 week ultrasound, but they had no idea what it meant. Since Limb Differences can be anything from people missing some digits on a hand to people missing entire limbs the scale is pretty broad.
My daughter is affected on all 4 limbs, she’s missing most of her left arm, has a shorter right arm with a small hand (three fingers fused together) on that hand and both of her legs are shorter than typical and different lengths. She can’t walk is also a wheelchair user.
She’s a happy, funny and smart 6 year old with a wicked sense of humor.
