At 33 weeks my little guy came into this world. He had stopped growing a couple weeks prior but he was beautiful. Born not breathing and rushed away to the nicu. I got to see him the next morning. After a total of seven weeks in the nicu, coming home two days and going back due to not breathing we found his CHD. Now thankfully his PDA is closing, his ASD is better but he has a complex case of PAPVR. Needing repair soon… sooner then we thought. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We recently found he had fluid around his heart, and fluid in and around his lungs. He was also just recently diagnosed with “Failure to thrive” so we are getting a feeding tube soon. We find out when his repair is soon.
